Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience Management
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout each client’s visit to foster a memorable and satisfying experience.
- Coordinate schedules efficiently, matching clients with the right therapist and services tailored to their specific needs.
- Handle rescheduling and cancellations in a seamless, client-friendly manner to maintain a well-organized calendar.
- Actively collect and document client feedback to continually improve the quality of services provided.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee front desk activities, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Serve as the go-to person for clients seeking information about therapy services and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all information is up to date in the system.
Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications and skillsets:
- A minimum qualification of HND, NCE, or OND.
- At least 5 years of work experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
- Exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in managing scheduling systems and basic office applications.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to take initiative and guide team activities.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service and creating positive experiences.
