In an estate in Lagos, a security guard who has not yet been recognized was mauled to death by savage dogs.
A video recorded by a passerby showed the dogs hovering around the body of the security guard as he laid on the ground motionless.
Confirming the incident to LIB, the spokesperson of the Lagos state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, said the owner of the dogs has been arrested.
