Job Summary

  • We are excited to announce internship opportunities for serving corp members to join our dynamic team as Cross-Functional Sales and Customer Support Intern, Support and Ticket Handling Intern.
  • The roles offer valuable experience and the chance to contribute to our mission of enhancing education through innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email, phone, and chat.
  • Track, manage, and resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Maintain and update support documentation and FAQs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Assist in the onboarding of agents, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Conduct demo sessions to showcase our products and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration of new clients.
  • Support the sales team in managing client relationships and follow-ups.
  • Provide feedback from clients to help improve our products and services.

Requirements

  • Must have a functioning laptop
  • Currently serving as a corp member.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in sales and customer service.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer support is a plus, but not required.
  • Applicant must reside within Wuse/Jahi axis.
  • candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 0 – 1 year experience
