Job Title: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on industries, businesses, and trends to identify prospective clients, markets, and improved ways to serve current customers.
- Reach out to potential clients via phone and email to initiate discussions and schedule meetings.
- Create client-focused presentations and marketing materials, such as PowerPoint slides and sales exhibits.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients through in-person interactions.
- Negotiate business agreements with clients using various communication channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Establish sales targets and ensure that the sales team achieves them.
- Collaborate with senior team members to manage risks effectively.
- Provide training and mentorship to members of the sales team.
- Deliver compelling pitches to potential investors.
- Participate in networking events such as industry conferences to build valuable connections.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 0–2 years of work experience in a similar role.
Salary
₦175,000 monthly
