During a meeting on Wednesday with members of the diplomatic corps and Yusuf Tuggar, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, DSS Spokesperson Peter Afunanya revealed this. In an interview, Afunanya revealed that the reason the people were arrested was because they had flown foreign flags in the North-West during the demonstrations.
