The Honorable Justice Haleemah Salman of the Kwara State High Court has determined the guilt of the five individuals implicated in the Offa robbery. The charges against them include the unlawful possession of firearms, armed robbery, and culpable homicide.

In a judgement delivered in Ilorin on Thursday, Justice Salman imposed the death penalty on the defendants, stating that the offenses committed are punishable by death. The sentence was delivered after approximately five hours of deliberation.
