This October, the West African Association of Customer Service Professionals (WAACSP), Africa’s leading customer service organization, will announce the second and final diet for the ECOWAS PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION in CUSTOMER SERVICE for 2024.
The Certification is a CS/CX professional license course for practicing CS personnel in all spheres of customer service/experience, including Call Center Reps, Customer Support, Online / Offline Service Managers, Quality Control / Assurance, and other career persons in Administration, Management, Virtual Assistant, Office Front Desk, and so on.
It is a five-module certification course that, upon successful completion, qualifies participants as WAACSP Certified Customer Service Professionals (CCSP).
This Diet is unique in that it will include two (2) introductory practical courses (with certificate) on:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practical training.
- Virtual Assistant (VA) fundamentals training.
Aside from the CCSP Certificate, which will be issued in both soft and hard copy formats, participants will also receive two (2) additional certificates in soft copy for CRM and VA. With remote jobs on the rise and expected to grow geometrically in 2025 and beyond, this diet is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive set of skills and tools to compete for the growing number of online/remote foreign currency-paying jobs.
The ECOWAS-BCCS program is for West African nationals and provides an opportunity to join the association and increase their career net worth.
