After a heavy rain this evening on Ayilara-Kuola Road, Off Oluyole Extension, Ibadan. People were trapped, stranded, and unable to return to their homes.
According to a source, “We attempted to contact Oyo State Emergency Management Agency (OYSEMA) and National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) for rescue operations, but there was no response as of the time of this report.”
