Job Summary

As our operations expand, we are looking for a skilled HR Officer/Administrative Assistant to join our Lagos team. You will play a crucial role in managing recruitment processes, supporting HR operations, and handling administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain a robust database of qualified candidates to meet organizational hiring needs.
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as preparing documents, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Ensure all recruitment and HR operations comply with company policies and legal standards.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by keeping accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and data analysis to aid decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR and recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, professional, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
