Social media celebrity Julian Barboza was arrested earlier this month after he and his fiancée got into a fight at a Beverly Hills party, according to information obtained by TMZ.
Influencer Julian Barboza Detained After Altercation With Girlfriend
According to law enforcement sources, Beverly Hills police were called to the party around 2:00 AM. Upon arrival, they spoke with Barboza’s girlfriend, who detailed the incident.
The couple reportedly got into a heated verbal argument, during which Barboza asked his girlfriend to leave. Tensions escalated when she began recording the argument on her phone. Barboza allegedly grabbed the device and threw it to the ground, damaging it.
As the argument continued and the girlfriend attempted to leave, Barboza allegedly shut the door, injuring her hand in the process.
Police entered the party to speak with Barboza and ultimately arrested him on multiple charges, including robbery, for allegedly taking the phone; vandalism, for damaging it; and domestic violence, related to the hand injury.
Barboza was booked and later released after posting $50,000 bail. Meanwhile, the girlfriend’s phone remains missing, and authorities have not recovered it from the scene.
