The Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, has issued a serious warning that any Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS) employees found to be involved in the apartment-for-prison scandal involving the controversial cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, will face severe repercussions.
In response to recent reports circulating on social and traditional media, allegations have surfaced suggesting that certain Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) officials may have facilitated special arrangements for an individual known as Bobrisky to serve his prison sentence in a private apartment instead of a designated prison cell. It is important to note that Bobrisky was previously sentenced to a six-month prison term by a Federal High Court in Lagos for naira abuse.
