On Tuesday, Los Blancos overcame a deficit to defeat Borussia Dortmund 5-2 in the Champions League, but at the expense of goalie Courtois.

Due to injury concerns, Real Madrid’s Thibaut Courtois and Rodrygo are probably going to miss Saturday’s Clasico matchup against La Liga leaders Barcelona.

In a statement released on Wednesday, Real Madrid said that Courtois had been diagnosed with an adductor injury in his left leg. His typical replacement is Ukrainian custodian Andriy Lunin.

When Courtois sustained a minor hip injury earlier this month, Lunin filled in for him.
