According to controversial heavyweight boxer Jarrell Miller, if British-Nigerian boxer Anthony Joshua moves forward with plans for a rematch in 2025, Daniel Dubois will knock him out once more.Following Joshua’s devastating fifth-round knockout loss to Dubois at Wembley Stadium last month, Miller gave a harsh evaluation of Joshua’s prospects in a possible rematch in an interview with Boxing Scene.

“The same result,” Miller said.”AJ continues to lose consciousness.” Although he is very wealthy, they will continue to milk the cow until there is no more milk left. I believe it will undoubtedly end his career.

Before thinking about retirement or a rematch with Dubois, the outspoken American, who was originally slated to fight Joshua in 2019 but failed a pre-fight drugs test, feels that the former two-time heavyweight champion should face him. After another defeat, he decides to give up. He is earned enough money already; one more awful setback. He does not have a heart or a chin, so I give everyone the recipe to beat AJ already.

Notable boxing figures have called for Joshua to retire following his brutal loss to Dubois, which saw him drop several times before a strong right hand ended the fight in the fifth round. This was Joshua’s fourth professional defeat. One of the most outspoken supporters of Joshua’s retirement is former champion Prince Naseem Hamed, who told iFL TV, “Whether he can or he can’t, I would prefer him not to.” Like everyone else, he has had his moment in the spotlight. He has performed admirably, earned his money, won incredible world titles, and successfully defended them. He should bow out politely, and that is it, finished.

The 34-year-old Joshua, though, is adamant about his plans to stay in the sport.”I wish to keep fighting. We tried, but we did not succeed. We are going to just walk away? After the altercation, he declared, “We are going to live another day.”Although a rematch with Dubois was initially considered the main option, his promoter Eddie Hearn has disclosed that they may instead aim for a British bout with Tyson Fury.

Hearn stated, “It would be annoying if we had the Dubois rematch and Fury (against Oleksandr Usyk) prevailed.””Then we sit there thinking, ‘Wait a second, we are fighting Dubois, but we could have faced Fury in May for the boxing world’s biggest fight.'” We will be able to fight Fury next summer, win or lose.Following the cancellation of their 2019 fight, Miller and Joshua have remained antagonistic; last December, they engaged in a heated exchange of insults in Saudi Arabia.Following his career-defining triumph at Wembley, Dubois, 25, has seen a sharp increase in his stock, establishing himself as one of the division’s top fighters and possibly paving the way for even more significant bouts down the road.
