The anti-bomb squad of Lagos State Police Command has foiled a locally built explosive device (IED) discovered in Lagos State capital.

The locally built device was found wrapped in a bag, by the road side near Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way by citizens travelling in an unregistered vehicle.
