The Premier League’s September Player of the Month is Cole Palmer, a midfielder for Chelsea.

The 22-year-old, who scored five goals and provided an assist for the West Londoners, led the Premier League in goal involvements for the month. Palmer scored four goals in one game at Stamford Bridge against Brighton following an incredible individual effort.

The England international completed his hat-trick with a magnificent long-range free kick, making history as the first player in Premier League history to score four goals in a game before halftime.Palmer has been named the EA SPORTS Player of the Month winner twice, having previously taken home the title in April 2024.

This season, he becomes the second player to win Player of the Month after Manchester City striker Erling Haaland did so in August.

Palmer, the PFA Young Player of the Year, leads the Premier League in goals and assists combined in 2023–2024. No player in the league has as many goal involvements (11) as Palmer does this season.
