Judge Kevin Farmer expressed his concern regarding Gibson’s reluctance to comply with the court-ordered monthly child support payments of $10,000, which were to commence in April 2023.

On Monday, Farmer respectfully expressed his disagreement with Gibson’s actions in court. Consequently, the bailiff escorted the ‘Fast & Furious’ actor out of the courtroom in handcuffs.

The esteemed judge presented Gibson with an opportunity to amicably resolve the matter and potentially avoid incarceration by fulfilling a financial obligation of $73,000. This sum encompasses the legal fees incurred by Ms. Samantha, amounting to $7,500.

Gibson had been making payments to Lee. However, it has not been the $10,000 figure the judge ordered him to begin making last year.

Tyrese Gibson has been paying his ex around $2,200 every month as of 2023.

Insiders said Gibson is currently in the process of sorting out the $73K payment.
