We are hiring for the position below:
Job Title: UI/UX & Animations/Motion Graphics Designer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in a web development setting with experience in visual and technical design.
- Create polished graphic designs for websites, including UI/UX enhancements.
- Maintain expertise in Adobe products or equivalent design tools.
- Ensure compatibility across various browsers, platforms, and devices while prioritizing accessibility.
- Work with 2D/3D graphics and motion design using tools like Animate, After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, CorelDraw, XD, Figma, and similar applications.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Education: National Diploma in Computer Science, Design, Fine Arts, Physics, Electrical/Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in:
- Photoshop (70%), CorelDraw (70%), Premier Pro (100%), After Effects (100%), Adobe XD (100%), Figma (100%).
- Additional skills in Cinema 4D, Animate, Blender, and other 3D software are advantageous.
- Ability to create and refine visual assets, including colors, images, text styles, logos, videos, and websites to convey client messages effectively.
- Experience in designing banners, graphics, captions, and layouts for various media.
- Develop and implement digital campaigns, storyboards, animations, and microsites.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and Google Analytics is a bonus.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment.
