Atlantis University is seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in helping us understand our users’ needs and preferences to enhance the overall user experience of our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to identify user behaviors, motivations, and needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and methodologies
- Collect and analyze user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing
- Translate research findings into actionable insights for product design and development
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to inform design decisions
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UX research
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience in conducting user research for digital products or services
- Proficiency in research methodologies, such as usability testing and surveys
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with UX design tools, such as Adobe XD or Sketch, is a plus
